    Rosalee Sirgany moved to Silver City from Miami, Florida in 2006, and enjoys the natural beauty of the area as well as its comfortable lifestyle.  Rosalee thrives on helping others to find their joy and feels that working as a  Realtor® is a wonderful way to do this.

    Prior to this, Rosalee worked in Public Relations at Florida International University, and also as a newspaper reporter, editor and columnist after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from Barry University in Miami Shores. Rosalee also has studied interior design, architecture, and landscape architecture and design.

    In addition, Rosalee is an artist, deriving her inspiration from our beautiful  southwestern New Mexico landscapes. Some of her oil paintings depicting local scenery are exhibited and are available for purchase in our offices, along with her books, so feel free to look around whenever you visit!

Johanna Gramer is a native of Grant County, New Mexico. Born and raised in a multi-generation mining family, she has strong ties to Grant County.

Paul J. Ciano, Owner/Business Manager

Former President of the Silver City Regional Association of Realtors®, 2005 & again in 2016 & also President of the Silver City Regional Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service, 2017.

 
    I started my Real Estate career in 1995 & continued to expand my knowledge & experience as a Real Estate Professional. It was an honor to have been selected as "Realtor of the Year for 2010" by the Silver City Regional Board of Realtors®. In addition to sales, I've worked as a Property Manager & in 1998 completed the course study to become a licensed Registered Real Estate Appraiser within the State of New Mexico.  

    While apprenticing as a Fee Appraiser for a prominent local Appraiser, I was offered a position with the Grant County Assessors Office as a Field Appraiser & was solely responsible for appraising the Commercial & Business Personal Property within Grant County. 
 
    Prior to my Real Estate career, my true love for our community was further developed when I became the Co-Manager for the Silver City Main Street Project and worked with Downtown Business Owners to promote the Downtown Historic District.  
 
    In Boston in 1978, after spending almost 5 years as a Police Officer, I was trained in the field of smoking cessation & over the next 2 decades became one of the Country’s most experienced & leading experts in the field of Positive Behavior Modification for Smoking Cessation. I have helped thousands & thousands of cigarette smokers in New England, California, Arizona, New Mexico & even in South Africa, break their smoking habit. 
 
    In 2000, I retired from the Army Reserves as a Sergeant First Class after serving 29 years as a Military Police Platoon Sergeant. I am a Desert Storm Veteran and was honored to received the Joint Service Commendation Medal. It is also my hope & desire to assist other Veterans with their property needs. 
 
    Another true love of mine, is writing & playing music. I play bass guitar & sing with a Classic Rock, Blues & Country music Band, BULLARD STREET STATION.

Paul Ciano was named the Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS® 2010 Realtor® of the Year at the organization’s December installation dinner.

Paul has served on the Association and MLS Boards of Directors for many years in various positions including being elected Association President in 2005.  Paul has worked as  a Salesman,  Associate Broker & Qualifying Broker for 23 years.

He strives to improve misconceptions that the general public may have regarding the less than honorable or bad ethical behavior of REALTORS®. He has expertise in the area of REALTOR® Professional Standards,  having taken extensive training and is currently sitting on the Southwest Regional Pro Standards Tribunal for the Las Cruces, Silver City and Deming Associations of REALTORS®.
 
In his spare time Paul has a rock & roll band. He has played for the Association year-end party for the past two years, has played for several benefits most recently Silver City Main Street. He has served as a sound technician and music coordinator for the Tour of the Gila.

Paul was quoted as saying, “I have always tried my best to serve the needs of my clients & customers as professionally & ethically as possible.”

    Paul worked for 15 years at Coldwell Banker. After that he worked with another Real Estate company, where he quickly became a Qualifying Broker.  Paul branched out on his own, starting My Real Estate Company in July of 2013 with his wife and partner, Rosalee Sirgany.  Paul served as the President of  the Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS®, in 2016 and also served as the 2017 President for the MLS Board of Directors.
